Perform HR functions (except for C&B tasks) for 280+ employees in Ho Chi Minh branch, including Sales, After Sales Service, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Accounting, Human Resources and General Affairs Departments.
Talent Acquisition:

Working closely with Departments to acknowledge recruitment needs, define candidate profiles, develop talent pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs.

Review Manpower plan of Sales Division, prepare data to submit for getting approval from BOD.

Execute full cycle of the recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, on-boarding and probation period.
