WORK EXPERIENCE

HRBP SPECIALIST

DAIKIN AIR CONDITIONING (VIETNAM) JSC | Mar 2022 - Present

Perform HR functions (except for C&B tasks) for 280+ employees in Ho Chi Minh branch, including Sales, After Sales Service, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Accounting, Human Resources and General Affairs Departments.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Working closely with Departments to acknowledge recruitment needs, define candidate profiles, develop talent pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs.

  • Review Manpower plan of Sales Division, prepare data to submit for getting approval from BOD.

  • Execute full cycle of the recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, on-boarding and probation period.

  • Sucessfully recruited 69 staff-level employees (Staff/Engineer for Sales: 48, HVAC Engineer for Service: 16, Back Office: 5)

Employee engagement & employee relationship:

  • Regularly communicate, take care the employee full life circle in Branch (On-board process, probation, development, retention or resignation).

  • Work closely with Branch Head to understand business & employee situation for approriate actions (engagements activities, mentorship program, performance management, structure, contract review,…).

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance and interpretation when appropriate.

  • Participate in solving employee relations issues. Total Rewards: Work with Branch Head to propose and assign approriates KPI set for employees, support employees in KPI evaluation process. Consult Departments in reviewing Talent profile, Job grade and salary.

Learning & Organizational Development:

  • Implement Onboard training plan and Mentorship program for new comers.

  • Survey Training Needs Analysis to understand training demand and conduct training classes.

  • Working with Branch Head to review yearly sales structure, promotion, transfer and prepare data to submit for approval.

Other activities:

  • Allign policies/ new programs from Head office to Branch.

  • Input, update, manage employees data, contract and relating documents in their full life circle at DAV (hardcopy & SAP Successfactor system).

  • Monthly report on KPI, manpower, structure, exit interview, etc.

  • Manage Internship process in branch.

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Recruit 5-12 positions at the same time and sucessfully employ 20+ Offcial Staffs, 16+ Collaborators for Client Service, Designer, Copywriter, Digital Media, Social Media, Legal, Accounting, HR and Admin Team;

    • Usually spend 1-4 weeks to fulfill Official Staff and 1-2 weeks for Collaborator;

    • Support HR Manager in the recruitment of 30+ High level positions (Supervisor, Manager);

  • Mentor, assign tasks, supervise HR Intern outputs and support her in hiring 10+ collaborators;

  • Manage 30+ collaborators' contract status, promotion plan and resignation;
